Welcome to the highly creative part of our organization. This is where project ideas are born after hours of brainstorming.
Thanks to your suggestions, conversations, but also professional experience and what we experience in contact with people with disabilities and their families and institutions - sketches of ideas are created. In the next step, our team analyzes the available options and creates the first project plans.
We can assure you that we put all our hearts, passion and late nights into the designs that come from our pen (or in fact the keyboard) to be innovative, respond to your needs and give a lot of joy and practical knowledge.

PROJEKTY ERASMUS
The project „Its all about us” was participated by five partner organisations from Poland,N.Macedonia, Romania, Turkeyand Italy, Germany, Portugal and Italy.
Our participants take a part in 2 online and 3 stationary visits.
The project proved to be important on multiple levels. Many participants said it helped with their confidence in terms of awareness about the challenges some trans individuals face in the sport and generally.
The results of the project also indicate areas for further growth, particularly in youth workers sense of efficacy to act as allies. The opportunity for trainers/coaches candidates to understand how to incorporate anti-discrimination work in their teaching practice is a key component of sport and education reform. Social justice policies and procedures exist in many sport-clubs settings, but unless new trainers have the opportunity to explore and apply their grounded knowledge from professional development, these well-meaning policies are often neglected or ignored. We suggest that this particular program is an example of how to work towards the development of a pedagogy that does not oppress; one that truly embraces, celebrates, and honors all learners.
